========== WHY SAGAT? ============
Sagat is one of my favorite SF characters. Alongside with his heavy powers, his proud and honor. Started as a blind "villain", and later turned a fucking honorable fighter.
Seriously man! If you didn't readed "STREET FIGHTER III: RYU FINAL", GET YOUR ASSES OUT FROM YOUR COMPUTER AND BUY THAT MANGÁ!! I can guarantte you won't be regret, especially if you are a Sagat fan!
A strange fact: Sagat appeared on regular fighting based Crossovers (CvS, SvC: Chaos and TkXSf), but NEVER appeared on a VS. Styled Crossover. Sadly this, because he has a lot of potential to being a VS Styled character. That's why I builded this project, to give a chance to TRY bringing a new shine to characters like Sagat.

Their blue/red shorts palette is based on Sagat default color on Street Fighter II Turbo from Snes.

Everything! Recoded from scratch, fixed his chain and air combos, new fixed sprites, maded newer versions of his hyper combos, new spin-dizzy animation, echoless death cry, like on VS Games/Beximus Capcom Universe, enhanced hyper portrait,FX fixed and new attacks!
2018 UPDATE: Now his anti air attack is only Tiger Uppercut, his Tiger Shot can be done on air, the HP T-Uppercut can englufe the enemy on flames, the same thing for the HK version of Tiger Pressure.
