I say update the sff as a side project and release him down the line that way your free to move on to another character vs basically doing the same character twice and i'm sure no one would mind resubmitting palettes for him especially with better sprites

About the Neo Max few time ago i tried to convert by myself some sprites.. The result was not so good but works fine. Of course, needs an update!

Something to report about Ralf. When using MAX Super Vulcan Punch, the first 4 hits will push the enemy back too far for the rest of the move to connect.
