I did my choice of colors for the gi just in case:

Also, some feedback:

- Need a better small and big port, the small one has transparency issues and the big one has bad coloring
- Your throw animation it seems to be misaligned:

- Your hitsparks have bad indexing, they shouldn´t be completely black.
Chilling

amazing palette! I've never actually put any time into animation, i found it more comfortable sticking to spriting but I'll see what I can do with Sean.

The colors aren't a probrem really, since that could be fixed via palettes. It passed long time since someone made an edit of SF2 chars, so I appretiate your effort here, good job on Sean  downloading now

I have abit of trouble with palettes because I use paint to edit sprites, but as soon I add the sprite to a character it changes into odd inverted colours (black green and pink,) ugly colours really which dont have nothing to do with the character here's an example:

P.S. This will be my next character in the making!

Try saving to PNG format and then open on paint

I saved the sprites in 24 bit bitmap but now the sprites are invisible in-game! I'll try paint.net as it will hopefully help and fix the solution so I can continue fully with the Evil Ryu character.

Here is a problem that persists

even if i set the black colour to 255, 0, 255 the pink background still shows up and ryu is still transparent.

simply said:
-for first improve the sprite into the MS paint, then apply the black dot on your blank site, turn that violet color into the other one (like into the green)
-save image as 24-bit bitmap file
-go to fighter factory ULTIMATE (because the most of sprites I did in FFU)
-go to paletes
-find on the bottom the black color on the right side
-turn that color into the violet for example
-and set that color to transparenty color and choose the violet color for transparently color
-save the image and palette
-clean black dot in image
-improve to player and you're ready to go
