Nightmare Geese, edited from PotS' Geese

Mostly based off of his appearance in 2002 UM.

I made this edit because of the sad lack of releases of Geese in PotS style. And the PotS character himself is a mixture of Normal and Nightmare because of things like, most notably, the addition of the Cresent Reppukens, which weren't in CVS2 and mostly used by his Nightmare form in other games. My goal was to make an edit with additional moves and different supers (Unlike LordVader's edit).

What has changed:
  • New/Edited Portraits, level 3 Super one included
  • Custom Intros from Warusaki3's Geese.
  • Hien Shikkyaku added
  • EX moves removed
  • Reppukens are faster
  • Geese does not fly backwards when doing the Normal Shippuken
  • Double Shippuken is done with HP
  • Hishou Nichirin Zan removed
  • Jaeiken is the EX version
  • Atemi Nage moves now performed with D, DF, F, k
  • Added Ura Kumo In (Move similar to Iori's Kuzukaze)
  • Raising Storm changed to the Claw Type used in RBFFS/2 and SVC and etc.
  • Thunder Break now OTGs.
  • MAX Rashoumon modified to be like the 98 UM SDM.
  • Deadly Rave is now a Level 2.
  • Raising Combination added as a Level 3 Super.
  • Raising Dead End replaced with Kyokuu Reppu Zan (2002 UM)
  • New voice samples from other Geese appearances.
  • Some other miscellaneous tweaks and changes.

Known bugs (Would be appreciated if these are helped with):
  • Kyokuu Reppu Zan's final hit sometimes doesn't connect and the opponent is left stunned.

To do (Could also use some help):
  • Maybe different intros and winposes (Help isn't really needed here)
  • Topless sprites for the Kyokuu Reppu Zan
  • The Laughing after losing the Final Round (FF3 and RBFFS)

Tried him out and I really like his new Lv3 super.

I think that might be because I hadn't gotten rid of all the HNZ command stuff. Should be fixed in an update.
Also which Level 3 Super exactly? Because I replaced both of the originals.

The Kyokuu Reppu Zan, though it seems to wall push strangely.  Is Geese supposed to be off-screen for that?

The Kyokuu Reppu Zan, though it seems to wall push strangely.  Is Geese supposed to be off-screen for that?

Yeah, I think I set p2's knockback velocity I little too high. I'll try to do some adjustments for a future update.
Also, be sure to send me your voice edits again, I want to put them seperate from the normal, meaning 2 different sound files, because I'm cool with the normal voices aswell.

i'm really liking nightmare geese so far. here is some feedback.

-Hien Shikkyaku plays a kick hitsound instead of a punch hitsound. (Intentional?)
-Hien Shikkyaku has a strange bug where if the opponent is hit by it, A debug error occurs and causes the opponent to clone upon the opponent standing up after being knocked down.

-Standing HK, Crouching HK & Jumping HK plays the wrong swing sound while Close Standing HK & Raikou Mawashi Geri  plays no swing sound at all.
-Joudan Atemi Nage & Chuudan Atemi Nage play a swing sound upon slamming the opponent to the floor.

Oh wow, I tried the Hien Shikkyaku on Soy Sauce's Mr. Karate and he just started producing clones with every jump for a limited time.

Yet nothing appears to happen on the character himself.
What other characters have you had the clone thing on?
I'll try to get to the bottom of this at a later date.

Aight kids, still struggling with the Raising Combination finish. I've got the attack working properly, it's just getting the finish effect to appear.

Man, that was a quick fix, but it's strange how that is needed but not for the Deadly Rave.

Updated:
- New Alternative Sound File with Ghostly Voice Samples similar to God Rugal (Made by The Sudden Rarity)
- Raising Combination modified and has Super Finish effect fixed.
- Deadly Rave re-added as a Level 2.
- Slam sounds not playing during Atemi Nage moves fixed.
- Other misc. tweaks I have forgotten about.

He plays very well.

I think the altered voice I did is fine as is.  I won't lie, I was inspired by Race's canceled/private Nightmare Geese, but I wanted to do my own spin on the voice clips, so I went with the version I made.  I'm not trying to be a dick, but I just don't want to make the voice clips sound exactly like another's work.

If, however, more people were to ask for a more sinister sounding voice, I'd give it a try and see if I can do it.

Incredible it is good to have one more boss for my MUGEN and more good projects of yours in the future.
Não crio nenhum char apenas os baixo e faço pequenas modificações para os mugen's que eu posso e o meu estilo favorito de char são o POTS ( Phantom of the server) e INFINITE.

My future plan to create a Geese with multiple modes, my plan is:
Normal: Based mostly off of his CVS2 appearance. (Small Reppukens)
FF Mode: Based off of his Non-Nightmare appearances in the Fatal Fury series. (Either Small or Cresent Reppukens)
KOF Mode: Based off of his King of Fighters appearances. (Melee/Non-Projectile Reppukens)
Nightmare: Like this one, based off of his RBFFS and KOF 2002 UM appearances with a couple of extras.

I'm also trying to make a POTS Mr. Big using Dampir's sprites and maybe, if one still isn't made, a Vega (Claw).

if you gonna make Geese on FF Mode pls make him without Kimono but with open chest.

i think what's good to make this Nightmare Geese make better is to make a diffrent stance like on video from R@ce Akira, more Nightmare's palettes and intro like Nightmare Geese from Warusaki3 where he enters from his rising storm.

Kinda late, but I did what may be the last update, where I, by popular demand, included the Nightmare Intros from Warusaki3's Nightmare Geese and made the Aura appear when the intros start instead of after.

I still kinda want to add another Level 1 super to make up for the massive amount of LVL2s. I may add a LVL1 to the Ashura Shippuken like WS3 did with his version.

for me this Geese is great but i would change his sprites for reppuken and all that stuff. they look like in some kind low resolution when he use his Night,are version of Raging Storm.
