(do note that I've already removed that TNT Punch -> EX TNT Punch link; I had neglected to put enough startup on EX TNT Punch and that's why it was possible in the video)

You know what, I'm gonna remove those links. They just go to the versions of the characters that are on my site, anyways. Those links used to be of more recent (but unfinished) versions of my characters, but now, the versions of the characters on my site are those "beta updates". That way, everyone gets the latest version of the character when they download it from my site, and so there's no point of having those additional links!

But yeah I'd recommend redownloading them all. Some characters have very minor changes, but others have really big ones (like Ken, or Chun-Li)!

Also, all of my characters have color separation. The only character who didn't was Rolento, but that was only temporary (the color separation was a long process done in stages, so the initial release didn't have any CS at all).

oh ok cool! that joe in the last video there of you doing the combo. is that the one on your site now also? cuz i like that combo you fix for him there and i see there a color pal i didnt  see before in the folder i have. i just want to make be up to date with the changes on your awesome chars!

Not yet! I'm almost done completely updating Joe, and will be doing an official release, with a thread and everything. Then I'll move on to Chun-Li, then Kyo, etc.

Well, I was thinking of maybe adding that one Target Combo from SFIV that ended with Tenshokyaku (B+MK, MK, D, U+MK), but I ran into some problems: the second kick and Tenshokyaku are accounted for, but I'm just not quite sure what to do with the first kick. It needs to be a distinct kick from all her other attacks, so that the opponent can tell what move it is, and I thought maybe I could cheat and combine various animations to try and make a distinct-enough looking kick, but...

yikes. That's not gonna work. I don't think it'd work even if the sprites flowed into each other. The actual kicking part just moves too far forward and isn't at the right angle for it to properly emulate the initial B+MK kick.

I see. Either way, I was interested in.spriting stuff which was translated from SF3 to SvC, so if you wanted to have them too.

Finally got around to downloading the updated characters, and other than having to go through the tedium of updating the Kyo and Ken voicepacks, there's this.



The palette on the Super Finish BG is screwy. I didn't alter anything in the character other than NoMusic flags in the intros and I'm fully aware that this might just be a 1.1 or FF3 issue, but I figured it was still worth pointing out.

I just tried downloading the version of Ken on my site, and I couldn't find any problems with the super finish BG, on either 1.1 or 1.0. I'd recommend redownloading the character and comparing the sff file with the one you already have.

I see. Either way, I was interested in.spriting stuff which was translated from SF3 to SvC, so if you wanted to have them too.
This actually gave me an idea...

it's not an exact fit (the right leg would need some modification to straighten it out), but I think this animation, converted to CvS, would work out great!

It might just be an issue with Fighter Factory 3, because it happened again in FF3 but it's totally fine in normal MUGEN. My mistake.

Heh. Smooth like never before. But I found one bug you'd like to fix.
-If EX Slash Kick connects with the first kick, but whiffs with the second one, then the enemy can fly a little longer and cartoon-like break and stuck in the wall.


And NOW your friendly Joe trying to help Adon to get out of the wall. But it seems, no wind and hurricane but reset can save poor Jaguar now.

So, I'm kinda getting sick of Joe's current Hurricane Upper/Screw Upper/Tiger Kick FX; they're sorta overly blurred to me? Like they lost a little of the texture of the original FX sprites.
I performed an ancient ritual to summon the mighty spirit known as "F-r'oz", and traded my first born for a boon:
