How to Record CamStudio 2011 properly

I got Camstudio today, but I have a concern. I don't know how to record videos in this version, I don't know how to set the size of the box. I'm confused. Any help?

EDIT: I wonder if NCH's Debut recording software works on mugen. Because when I recorded my muen with it, it wouldn't record.  :(
