I'm pretty late addressing this, but for the record, I coded Gouken from scratch. He is not an edit of anything. I didn't think I would need to explicitly state this, but it turns out I do.

Just knowing it's not an edit makes this even better, and he's already extremely good from what you did to him. Don't worry either man, if he sucked and people didn't like him as much as they do, you wouldn't hear any complaints or concerns about giving credit. They only say something because it's good. Hopefully you know what I mean and understand.

I do not have any plans to make AI for Gouken. If someone else makes a good quality patch for him, I will include that instead.

The system will remain custom, that's all I can really say.

I was wondering the ETA on the cheap KO patch? Should I just dl now?
If this is really good, I'll have to remake the sprites I made for my SFIV Gouken for this Gouken.

I'd say just download it now. I don't have plans to update Gouken again with the Cheap KO until Dark Chun-Li is finished. Idk when that day will be.

It's something I honesty forgot to implement. That will be fixed in his next update. Thanks for telling me!

Sorry, but Gouken will only be for MUGEN 1.0 and up. I have no intentions to adapt him to WinMUGEN. Like hairline733 said, I would suggest grabbing or upgrading to 1.0.
