U need to open up the system.sff file with Fighter Factory 3. Then simply replace the menu screen background with the one you want and save it. If you use Mugen 1.1 you can use pics with 32bit color for true HD content. And yes Mugen 1.0 characters and stages are compatible with Mugen 1.1.
