well, for a starter it is good, but her skirt needs improvement, and its something i cant help you, mine looks awful =D

the hair needs work looks flat, you need to add depth and brightness
the shadows are not well positioned in nico robin,in one boob,one check have light in a bad place,you should put a little above
the folds are too thick,you may lighten and make less shade,has the shape and contour, but loses the details for the above mentioned
the miniskirt only provides shade of 1 pixel wide and 1 or 2 long
you should delete the extra shadow takes the shape of the legs
las botas necesitan contorno en sus sombras,si las haces mal,perderan profundidad

hair seem right to me and well done
small eye needs some work, possibly move down a pixel and eliminate some shaded
hands have details on the outline of the pixels, giving the effect that lights up the leg where there should be
the other hand has a pixel which should be shaded and colored through the back some shine
those legs I'm not sure, I think you have too much shade or too much meat XD

i still hate her hair, the small eye is awful you're right XD, i didnt get the hands mistake so if u want u can fix it =D, and her legs are meaty, like in on/off's XD

ViralIPTG, it's better, but her skin is too light XD, but it sure has improved =D
