Curious to see what makes this different from other Cyber Akuma's.  The release topic doesn't offer anything other then the usual "good char +1" posts, so guess I'm dl'ing this for a try.  Feedback in a bit.

EDIT: Didn't really thoroughly test it (not really in the mood right now) but ran a quick comparison with another Cyber Akuma by DarkRiem, and I can say Scar's is far better.  Smoother, better animations, and the CLSNs arn't a total clusterfuck like DarkRiem's.  Scar's has a bunch of shiny rainbow FX, so he's not super accurate to MvC lookwise, but not a bad play.
This is how you recognize a character is polished or not : when small details are taken care of to provide the best experience possible.

-You can cancel C. Rocket Punch into super jump before the move even connects. lol
-Clsn style is inconsistent. Minimal in some places (Actions 210 and 450) and excessive in others (Action 240)
-Buggy SFA3 hitsounds (Clipping)
-Pressing F2 during intro state 192 causes Akuma to increase his pos to p2's position during roundstate 2.
-Most normals share the same pausetime (Hop Kick's pausetime is 5,10).


-Isn't his edge width supposed to be increased so he isn't able to go inside the corner or through cornered opponents?


-The Rocket Punch is locked on to p2's dist. Even if it doesn't actually hit p2, the explosion will be bound to them.



-No hurtbox?



Rocket punch projectile has the wrong attr.

What they call MVC is having Super Jumps, chain combos (light > medium > punch) and easy supers with qcf/qcb+2P/2K styled commands.
That's about it. Nothing else is remotely close to MVC style, and not even those things were done correctly.
It's a style like another, it's just not the correct label.

That being said, character feels clumsy and not very polished.
Shadows on Super BG is LOL.
Slides when lands from non neutral jump.
The filtered hitsparks look really horrible IMO, they're barely visible and are too fast. They are sometimes misplaced too.

Yeah, pretty average. Also, it plays perfectly in Winmugen.

he made a cobra commander and other what nots as well none of them are all that great well in my own personal opinion
