I've tried that Hotaru.

-Low level AI is not weak enough. (I tested lv1 only, but probably applies to the entire 1-3 range)
-Specials do way too much damage compared to other characters I have (all of them seem to be in the 130-200 range)
-High level AI spams special kicks on the other side of the screen which looks kinda dumb. I think she also gains power for doing that.

Overall, it's not bad, I guess.

actually i kinda get your point about her projectile at least it ain't as fast like terry's in motw,

1.0 Terry he changed His High Angle Geyser to a max 1hit geyser attack, instead of the Triple geyser.

You haven't' seen projectile abuse in Garou until you've fought a scrubby Kain that does nothing but charge the whole match and throw out Schwarze Flamme.

I meant that the AI spamming that kick from half a screen away makes her very vulnerable to projectiles, strikers or long range attacks in general, so it doesn't look like a good idea.

I wasn't using projectiles when I was fighting against her so I didn't notice.
It makes sense then.

I wouldn't be sure about that, I've improved close combat on my characters a lot in the past year. :P
Most of them are now equally capable of close and long range combat, although there are exceptions.
