-Have him throw a pokeball at the fallen character an either
--Catches them, after having the "ball moves side to side" motion that happens when catching something, and having Red Jump up and cheer

this is unusual for a character but ok i guess this is gonna be a good character but my guess on what dishamonpow said is the mugen one

IMO he should be SSBB style. Him in the background and you get to choose a pokemon at the beginning of the round or something. It's cool though anway :)

Fix squirtle's crosseyes xD, Ill take you want red's head too look like that and not because you couldn't sprite better, charizard looks awesome.

I think hydro pump anime style would be better, bubblebeam would be too much like hyper beam and the probable solarbeam and flamethrower you might end up including.

Something I notice is that being Red = fire hence charizard, he doesn't have a fire Super, overheat could fit there (all screen, blockable, damages red too)

Ill try to fix squirtle and if you mean his head is big i want it to be that way so he looks more cartoonish.
Anime style? bubble beam will be low and hyper beam will be high.

Pokeballs have the tendency to be painful when thrown hard. They tend to cave faces in when thrown hard enough.

There's your hadoken motion right there.
News you can Use...s : use "includestage=0" in any chracter decleration to not include that chracter's stage. This can be handy when trying to have a pre-defined stage list based on games and such.
Now this might seem obvious, but you'd be amazed how long you can use MUGEN without knowing it.

Hah, didn't explain well. In the games, the move has a drawback for its power, right? I suppose it can't be done like that in mugen, so given that it would hit the whole screen making it "recoil" would be a good drawback. Red would show the blocking animation and receive lowered damage, but damage still.

Missigno duplicates your items Rare Candies,Master Balls,Nuggets Etc.If you catch it,it could mess up your game.If you catch a lv0 missigno and level it up once it'll become Kanghaskan that can do Sky attack and Water gun.

this char should be interesting..........

and for sismic toss...

heres how it works:

1. charazard will fly at the oppoent and grab him
2. charazard will lift oppoent into the air
3. charazard will fly in a circle in the air while flying around a picture of the world
4. charazard will slam oppoent into the ground

What do you mean about the palette order? the palettes you gave me work fine..
Not all the pokemon are shared but the main 3 are.

palette order: The way the colors are oganized inside the act file.

gonna use another picture to describe

the colors below Mukai are teh Palette Order. The modification i mentioned would be to make a new palette order, so the clothes colors would be close to each oter, and the skin tones would be close to each other. IMO makes making palettes easier.

@BK: WIPs at this stage commonly don't have small portraits yet, cause basics are being considered before asthetics

eh, just forget the palette order thing, for now: yeah, you'd have to recompile the .sff again after applying the new .act to the sprites. that parts easy for me though *applying new palette to all sprites, cause i have Photoshop, and actions built for such things.*

easiest to do, though i guess, is wait for an actual release. then, at that point i can do it without messing anything up

-rocket launcher
-stealth of somekind
-planting c4 around the stage
-machine gun action
-crawling
-decoy of somekind

-decoy of somekind

thats all i can think of at the moment.
Ill add all of that(Im not sure about the decoy and the stealth).

well he could have stealth as he had a stealth devise in the game so he could be like reptile from mk where the oppoent cant see you but u can hit them lol.

also what about his dart gun that put u to sleep, i remember that fondly about the game it would be kl to put the enemy into a 4 sec sleep or something so i can get a sneaky attack in.

lol kl ideas coming ur way snake is just a kl char i can see alot of ppl helping out on this one.

this idea is a bit over board but i would like to see metal gear rex smash through the ground to unleash a barrage of laser and machine gun attacks, it would be a lv3 super of course.

20 secs is to long man make it more like 3 seconds so the oppoent has time to recover before u attack then its not cheap.

Too much IMO, dizzy times in fighting games are usually like 3 or 4 seconds. Not saying it should be that short though, maybe something like Iori's super projectile?

Tranq Gun, should be modelled like it should look.

Oh and about Eva...she is appearing in MGS4. So it doesn't really matter.
I got a couple striker ideas.

Liquid gives a Punchx2-Kick combo. Then says a quote from MGS1 (It's Not Over Yet)
Ocelot shoots 6 ricocheting bullets. (Before leaving, he can animate getting taken over by Liquid...saying my arm or something from MGS2)
Meryl heals Snake or shoots her gun. (says Looking Good Snake)
