 The query was a little too overambitious even compared to the claims of wanting to achieve the goal of decoding MUGEN's source code and rewrite the entire engine... even 14 year old me would have been in disbelief.

 Elecbyte is defunt, that's why I said what I said in my last post. Your best chance is to revive the group, but doubt that is anything but super costly to do in the first place. Better cough up a few millions first.

It's ambitious.  It's unrealistic.  Anyone asking the question would be perceived as a memester.

Elecbyte has had no public activity for years now.  Their main page has been inaccessible for even longer.  Do they still exist as a current day working company?  There's nothing that suggests their employees are even still together, let alone employed and working at Elecbyte.
