Tried following the DL link in Firefox and IE, both lead to a 404. Please fix.

I fresh downloaded him and tried to play him on mugen 1.1 and got this-

then I went in the .cns file put a semicolon in front of line 30862 thinking it would want me to do that for the similar %n lines but instead was faced with this-
