btw. I'm wondering why your earlier topic with edits end up in Recycle Bin. Are you planning to re-release those older edits in future or decided to ditch them for different reason?

decided to ditch them actually,but will update this thread in future with new ones,might take a look at Master Asia,characters with bad clsn etc

Yaa sorry about that,that was Ndsilvas pots sparks,was thinking if it would be easier to import those and use them instead of remaking sparks as helpers.Can delete them guys they arent necessary

So this is just a effects update, right?
- Kaisaki no Kakou has no text on Hyper Finish
- I don't know if this was present before the edit but her EX moves deals less damage than the Special ones
- Why did you include a fightfx? This is what is big and not Karin's sff
- I'd suggest, since you're updating effects and not the gameplay, to change the landing effect and sound
- There are some hitspark sprites in the sff that are not being used, not the colored sparks, but there is one animated spark that simulates what the spark helper does, since they are identical, I'd say to remove the animated one.

There's not much to say since you didn't change gameplay and we all know PotS creations. Would be cool if you could make MAX Versions of LV1 supers and toned down version of LV2. It's looking good, keep it up :)

Edit: I didn't see you pointed about NDSilva's sparks so forget about this part. lol

Seems that mete forgot to put the animation on it.

I updated the landing sound.

Also there some few other issues.
- Special Intros against Sakura and Guy doesn't work anymore. In my previous edit, it works well. What happend?
- Power Charge have no sound

Just tested and seems like everything is fixed. The only thing I noticed is there is still a common.snd that is not part of the character. Anyway, good job and thanks for sharing!

Edit: the EX moves thing was my fault as I was not doing it right, so, sorry about that.

I tested Karin and found some issues with the character:
-The dust effect is missing when she performs her forward run.
-The counter font is missing and the circular effect when countered is misaligned.
-Her standing dodge doesn't have afterimages like the forward and backwards dodge.
-Level 2 versions of her level 1 moves are missing.
-She has a random intro where she just touches the ground.

For some reason, I feel like this edit is kinda lacking. I believe 2Dee4ever did an edit of Karin as well and don't have some of these issues. You might want to take a look at his version.

Nah, i fixed this. Just invert the numbers of index and group of the Power Charge sound. :P

For some reason, I feel like this edit is kinda lacking.

I can say you're right SZ, since it's my edit. I did this Karin edit before just to add the Modern POTS hit sounds and few other stuff, like the SFV soundpack and fixing misaligned sprites. It was just my second edit. :P
I know that Level 2 versions for the Level 1 will be great but sadly i ain't get to add'em. :(

I tested in 3 different screenpacks (1.0 and 1.1). Hope you can take a look on that, maybe it's in the States i don't know exactly.

Now i see the problem, the index and group numbers are inverted. Now it's working good.

EDIT: I fix the Run's dust effect and put the correct Counter! thing. Finally i getting to it. :)

Yep and i credited him for the first edit. I added the Modernized POTS hit sounds and fixing some issues on the sprites. Not a big deal, it was one of my first edits. :P
But now i fixed many of the things mentioned, like adding the dust effect in the run, the Counter! text, fixing the Zero Counter FX etc. Also i did a new .snd with Karin's SFV JPN voice.

I'll up in my Edits topic tomorrow.
