720P screenpack for Mugen 1.1. This screenpack is specially designed for characters & stages to use localcoord=427,240. It will not work any other way. This pack is also portrait heavy which requires 7 portraits for one character, so you've been warned. It is also a category system which holds 50 characters a game. There are portrait templates for Gimp and Photoshop or you can work with the provided PNG files if you don't own those programs. I have tutorials on how to use the templates as well as convert low-res characters to 720P format without being blown up looking. Enjoy!

Glad you like it Eliott. There has been some confusion about setting the localcoord in chars on other forums, so here is an explanation to help. All you have to do is add a localcoord to your characters def file. For example low-res characters add:

[Info]
name  ="Mayor Mike Haggar"
displayname  ="Haggar"
versiondate  =2,28,2015
mugenversion =1.1
author  ="Electro"
localcoord = 427,240
pal.defaults =1,4

You can also add HD characters and change there localcoord from localcoord=1280,720 to

[Info]
name ="Hakumen"
displayname ="Hakumen"
versiondate =6/29/10
mugenversion =1.1
author ="Speedy9199"
pal.defaults =1,2,3,4,5,6
localcoord = 1710,720

;-----------------------------------------------------------------------

When adding characters to a game look for the select file is inside data/world champions/select. I put all the games as blank so they will be skipped if you don't have characters slotted there. You also must fill up all the slots of a certain game if you choose to add a char to it or multiple characters for example :

This is the right way to add a character. Fill up all 50 slots.

This is the wrong way to add a character. Do not leave blanks if you add even one character to certain game.

This is the right way to add multiple characters. Just repeat the order until you reach all 50 slots filled in the game.

The P2 power bar seems to be out of range (the sound and the scale: level 1 sound after 2 gems). P1 is normal. And please guys, share your portraits...

Thanks for the feedback Shogum Lord, the problem has been fixed and re-uploaded. If you don't want to re-download then simply remove the -  before -46 for Player2 in the powerbar code of the lifebar def file :

I'll start a portrait/character/stage patch thread in the edits and addons section for people to post portraits etc... I'll probably start it tomorrow after I finish making some new select screen game fonts.

I noticed that some names (stages and chars) appears different : k' as k, for example. But nothing that interferes with the fun. I've learned to do portraits with the tutorial. Once I have a considerable number I'll post. And once again, good job!

Tweaked a few sprites & readjusted a thew things. I also re-incorporated the VS sprites into the vs screen. Theirs really nothing left to do to the screenpack so i'm considering it complete now.
