That's because no one will if you ask them this way. You can ask for sprites, but they usually come at a price or so (which are usually called commissions). Also, I'd prefer of you just ask an artist (which we have a lot of in the graphics board) in PM, rather than just asking them in their own threads.

If I go in a release topic of a character and say "make it PotS style" or "make me sprites" is it fine? if you go on someone release thread and ask to have stuff made for you, you are off topicing their thread in order to beg for stuff, he was clearly asking help for stuff being made for him in his own idea engineer thread. No such a thing as a rule against that, lots of people ask for the participation of others in their projects.

Honestly I have to say if he's an original character, you should make his moves original. Hadoken and Proton Canon is overused and adding Sans in the character would make no sense. Since he's a baby have moves that involves stuff for babies like bottles, maybe a crib, etc. There are plenty of ideas you can have. Just don't limit yourself to basic super and special moves.

Just don't limit yourself to basic super and special moves.I could add a baby bottle throw special and replace the sans assist with the nathan striker. and i knew he can have 4 intros. 1, transformation, 2, Sans calls Logan before the round starts, (Can't find a voice that says "Come out and fight this guy" but i instead use the game grumps voice) 3, Drinking some milk and throw it out of the screen and 4, he gets Freddy Kruger out of his way
