What the hell happened with the outlining of M.Bison's boots and cape, Oh wait Raiden's boots and.....cape...

The outlines are abysmal
They're extremely squished.
M. Bison is a terrible base for Raiden.
Proportions are wrong. Very wrong.
Kitana looks split in half.
Kung Lao's hat is messed up.

and you're telling me these are good sprites?

It's not my project, so why should I have to do anything for it just because your sprites aren't good and you don't like my feedback?

sprites aren't even consistent btw, but that's alright if this is the first time trying

And look at those outlines. Yes, we've read that they are supposed to be cartoony, but it doesn't look good.

Being cartoony isn't the problem, they're badly edited and poorly proportioned. Kitana's shading is way off, Raiden just doesn't look like himself, Scorpion's biceps look like pies.

No seriously, don't you read before looking at pictures ? It's a TOONY/CARTOONY sprites project. They are supposed to look like paintbrushed like all the old 2d games characters, like in sfa3 for example. They aren't supposed to have a lot of textures or be something like a sprite edit of MK sprites.

Your sprites are FAR from being sfa styled.
Look at normal sfa sprites for reference, Take attention at what people said here, And learn from it so that you can improve.
