Yeah, but they are responsible for making the franchise itself. Their the ones who made Sengoku Basara (Devil Kings in US), Sengoku Basara 2, Sengoku Basara 3 (Sengoku Basara: Samurai Heroes in US), along with the PSP games Battle Heroes and Chronicle Heroes. They were originally hack and slash titles, not a fighting game. The reason why Capcom doesn't care is because it was due to lack of sales of the first title. This means no localization for the 2 one and it's expansion Heroes. They did tried again later and did localized Sengoku Basara 3, but that got lack of sales too. That's because they did not properly advertise the game. This means no localization for it's expansion Utage and the PSP games. Because of this and other good reasons, I rather not support them anymore.
