Street Fighter III : New Generation Super Art background

Hey everyone,
always loved the Super Art background on SFIIING so decided to contribute for Mugen. I'm quite new to this so please, suggestions are welcome. Im currently ripping from FBA. I have a question, how do you rip the top of the screen? Thank you everyone.
