Much like Soku, Cirno will be primarily a fast offense character that, while her attacks may be on the weaker side, she more than makes up for it in her speed and combo ability. Having the smallest hitbox does her favors, as she's the only character with a crouch walk, allowing her to keep mobility while dodging attacks due to her much smaller size. Cirno is no slouch at long range either; although her projectiles take time to start up, she can keep pressure on the opponent with her gatling gun-style Icicle Shot, or punish her opponent by freezing them in place and leaving them open for a short time.
Cirno's basic movement. In addition to being nimble and fast, it also shows off her air float and crouch walk, the latter of which drastically reduces Cirno's hitbox size, allowing her to walk under some projectiles and high attacks.
Icicle Sword. Cirno's primary combo and rushdown tool that hits overhead. Couldn't record the LP version for some odd reason.
Icicle Shot. Only shoots 3 projectiles normally, but can deal up to 8 hits by mashing buttons. The heavy version also hits OTG. Also briefly shows Midsummer Snowman, which will be shown fully at a later time.Ice Charge. Another rushdown tool in Cirno's arsenal, and can also be used in the air. The biggest change from Soku is the ability for Cirno to follow up the attack with a sword strike, not unlike a certain other ice element user...
I can't tell if it's just the animation or my eyes are playing tricks on me, but what seem to be the LP and MP aerial versions of Ice Charge have Cirno teleport forward a fair bit once the ice thing around her shatters.
Checked over the animation again just to make sure, it's probably the velocities playing tricks on the eye.Anyways, some more progress.Frozen Technique. Unlike Soku, Cirno can now hit mid and far screen with this move, though spacing has to be precise. Also unsafe if blocked, but can extend Cirno's combos. The first of her freezing skills.Icicle Fairy Sculpture. A new reversal technique. Doesn't deal any damage, but freezes the opponent on contact. It seems like Cirno must have picked up this technique from someone else...Icicle Fall. The first of her supers, bears a resemblance to her Icicle Machinegun spellcard from Soku, but angled and also air usable. Something "special" might happen if the AI uses it under specific conditions, though...
