The problem is like this:

i want to add a new sprite to the allready caracter that i have.i have in his sff file a sprite mising, actualy in an animation. This is what i have done yet:

Take a new picture on png convert it an pcx and i fix the bacground to 0 also(black color).I have done this with paint shop pro.But i'm stuck where i must apply to this pcx,the pallete that i already have in act file for this caracter and his sprites.I want to do this:
1.i will use act to pal and get the palette

then, i don't now loaded in paint shop pro, or maybe pcxclean is better

Like i said all i want to do is to make a new sprite and then saved in sff file. But i don't now how to convert it to the already palettes that this caracter has.And has many, like 8 act files.

I have like nearly no idea what you are saying but, if you want a pallete from a charakter, save a random Pcx image (from his Sff using FF (it needs Shared Pallete)) then open it in "psp" then just save the pallete, Load it on your png, press F12 then save as "" or simething else ;P

Btw your BG Color needs to be the same as the charakters, or else its not going to be transparent.
My shitty mugen stuff:
