The System

- Momentary Combos from Street Fighter EX3
- EX Special Moves from SF3
- Target Combos from SF3
- 3 Super Combos (per character)
- Ultra Combo from SFIV

- Custom Combos from SFA3

The Gauge

The gauge is just like SFIV, 4 EX's only, but it takes two EX bars to initiate the Custom Combo Gauge. I don't want the Ultra to be like the Revenge Meter because it'll get spammed like it does now. I will need a lot of help so if you're willing please speak up.
