Well i think im gonna put my creativity to use on this mugen stuff, i made a stage a long long time ago, it was a mortal kombat pit styled stage with super mario karts driving on the further platform, but thats so long gone xD I kinda forgot most of the stuff i learned but im starting again!Unfortunately, i'm pretty busy with college, social life, and the fact that i just bought a playstation 3, so thatll make my time to do this stuff a bit limited but i'm workin on it! Here's what i got so far.Amazing right? xD There's more to come so dont worry, i'll be writing a long list of jokes about famous characters, creators, and mugen in general, ill be poking fun at alot of people up here (Alexlexus, RajaaBoy, Orochi Gill, etc.) But keep in mind that it's all in good fun, and not to be taken seriously I'll be finished... With what you're going for, this shouldn't be too long of a project, interesting nonetheless. It isn't all that difficult, you should pick it up quite quickly. Also, I do hope you plan on having some sort of foreground, my reccomendation would be just some sort of clear foreground that isn't too distracting. (For examples of a foreground that looks similar to something fitting I would say look at EXshadows "IN MAI MOUFF" Stage. Since it was a joke concept like yours.)Furthermore, any ideas of what kind of jokes/comments you will be putting up?

Well theres a "god edit" joke up there I just did a RajaaBoy, Alexlexus, and an Orochi Gill joke xD I dont really wanna spoil anything...
