Namco Bandai announced Soulcalibur II HD Online during its “Future of Fighting Games” panel at Comic-Con in San Diego.

Coming to PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 this fall, a trailer for the game showed Tekken fighter Heihachi, suggesting the upgrade is based on the PlayStation 2 version of the game. It will include all the modes from the original game.

In other news, Soulcalibur lead programmer Masaaki Hoshino has been promoted to the producer of the series.

The earliest one I played was III,
so this is a pretty good opportunity to play the best one, as many would say it.

well since Namco made soul calibur 2 HD we might get different guest characters because it will be for different consoles like soul calibur 4

I find it funny thats the same stage Jafar made in the image in the first post but anyways its nice to see it being remade with online capabilities.

well heihachi is in the game maybe Namco did not want to ask other companies for other characters this is ok
it looks like Namco would like to have tekken vs. soul calibur one day

sc1 played the best but this was the most fun
