The orange plates or whatever those things are appear really sudden, I liked how they where appearing in the previous one.

I still feel like the way his shoulder is position that his arm would be articulated in a different direction
I just did a quick scribble to show you what I mean.

The sprite itself looks absolutely fuckin' awesome. I just wonder how he's going to look in game. He's really big, so will he fit on screen? Also, it's a bit hard to tell if he will be on the proper plane.

Yeah, I tried to make him flatter yesterday, but all I did was ruin the sprite. Maybe they can adjust the sprite's position to be on the proper plane? :S

that perspective doesnt really work, hes mid being flung, not laying, so hes never going to look as if hes laying on the ground

Should I edit his upper body to make it look as if it's touching the ground, or should I just redo the entire thing from scratch?

the legs would still be flung about, for that to work i think your best bet is to take a enpty screenshot, draw lineart in what you want to have in the final shot and then finish that sprite.

you don't really have to continue working on it if you don't feel like it.
but if you still want to do it, then i guess you should just redraw his legs into a position into the watcher's prospective. easiest example i could give you would be from this thread:

the body itself is okay i guess, it's just the legs that need a re-positioning . also, he's way too big, possibly bigger than Z2 broly so you may want to make him a bit smaller.

Nah, I'll work on it.

I think Nemesis is fine size-wise, he is pretty humongous. Seeing that it's pretty nearly done because of HQ's gracious and venerable fix, I think I can handel it.

I'll use that Zoro edit as a reference though, thanks. (Poor Zoro :()
