How do you set it up so you have many different icons/signatures?

I've seen people like Amidweiz and Umezono have this feature, but I don't quite know how to do it.

Sigavatar. Its a website that randomizes avatars and sigs. just upload them (or have links for them) and make an account on the site. Pretty simple, then you link the assigned image link given to you by the site (it's usually a link with a .gif at the end).
