Im doing a fresh new start as a creator,i want to spend more time on my characters polishing them and fixing them,so excuse me if you been annoyed by the buggy-ness of my previous characters.
This character would be the first one of this "V2" series,that means my character creating will be quality>quantity.
People complained about the lack of polish on my previous characters and how i spent less time fixing them and polishing them,because i released them unpolished and buggy and too soon (in 1 week).
Well,I learnt from my mistake's and polished and beta-tested/debugged every single line of code and spent 3 month's making this character.

IMPORTANT

I wont be updating ANY OF MY PREVIOUS CHARACTERS,since i had a hard-drive crash and even if i re-download them,they're far too glitchy to update,so i'll be updating ONLY my V2 series from now on.


Might run sluggish on slow computers (noting the fact that mugen is a resource hog)
MINIMUM Requirements:
CPU = Intel 1.5ghz or AMD Athlon 3000+ (approximately)
Graphic Card = Nvidia Geforce Series 5 or ATI equivalent
Ram = 512mb

RECOMMENDED Requirements:
CPU = Intel Pentium 4 2.0ghz or AMD Athlon 64 3000+ (approximately)
Graphic Card = Nvidia Geforce Series 6 or ATI equivalent
Ram = 1GB (although,512mb will still run perfectly)

-Similarity to KOF gameplay (Read : Similarity,not mode/groove/version/copy/.etc)
-Stat Adjust System (Offensive players get more attack power but less defense power,defensive players get more defensive power but less attack power)
-2 Modes of Gameplay = Kung-Fu and Gun Mode.
-Devil May Cry 3 Royalguard Style Charge & Release (Double-tap down button to go in charge stance,and press forward to release,press any other direction key (except down) to cancel stance,damages and knocks down opponent and you get some health and power)
-EX Version of Special Moves.
-Custom Counter (Counter-attack the opponent in a special guard state with a normal/special/super move)
-Parry (Ground and Air)
-Guard Cancel Blowback Attack (Counter the opponent while he's attacking you while defending)
-Guard Cancel Emergency Evade (Roll forwards or backwards immediately while guarding against enemy attack)
-Safe Fall.
-Rolling.
-Matrix Dodge.
-Bullet Time (Both you and opponent slow down,but you are 10% faster,Only can be activated when you are standing still)
-Can be Guard Crushed.
-All Custom FX (Except for the CVS2 Parry and Just Defend Spark.)

KUNG-FU MODE :

1.4-Button System (Light + Hard Punch and Kick) + 2-buttons for : Bullet Time and Switching Mode to Gun Mode.
2.All Supers,Specials,etc. AVAILABLE.
3.Bullet Time AVAILABLE.
4.DMC3 Royalguard Charge & Release AVAILABLE.
5.Guns NOT AVAILABLE.

GUN MODE :

1.4-Button System (Light ONLY Punch and Kick + Guns : M4 and Akimbo Beretta's) + 2-buttons for : Bullet Time and Switching Mode to Kung-Fu Mode.

Play Style
---------------
He's a short range type of character,most of moves are short range,he's weak at long range attacks.
To make up for the long range,the guns are used.
He's mostly defensive typed,except that when properly utilized,he can lead to offensive comboing.

BASICS:
-Light Punch = X.
-Hard Punch = Y (ONLY IN KUNG-FU MODE)
-Shoot Akimbo (Dual) Beretta's (Standing/Crouching) = Y(ONLY IN GUN MODE)
-Light Kick = A.
-Hard Kick = B (ONLY IN KUNG-FU MODE)
-Overhead Throw = When near opponent,hold forward and press Y.
-Shoot M4 (Standing/Crouching) = B (ONLY IN GUN MODE)
-Bullet Time = Y.
Description:
Both you and opponent slow down,but you are 10% faster,Only can be activated when you are standing still,press Y again to de-activate,drains power when activated,can be activated when on ground or air,cannot be de-activated while in air.
-Switch Mode (Kung-Fu Or Gun) = C.
Description:
Switch between Kung-Fu Or Gun Mode,can be switched when on ground or air.

SUPERS (REQUIRES 1 BAR):
-God's Edge = 2QCF + X OR Y

-Flash Inferno = 2QCB + A OR B

-Buster Wolf = 2QCF + A OR B (Note : Terry bogard PWNZ)

AERIAL SUPER (REQUIRES 1 BAR):
-Heaven's Wrath = 2QCF + X OR Y

MISCELLANEOUS

-Stat Adjust System : Your attacks get increased in power if you go for a full on assault on the enemy,but your defense get's decreased.
Your defense gets increased if you defend more than attacking,but you get less attack power.
It gets automatically adjusted if you switch from offense to defense or defense to offense.
Can select to enable or disable stat system at start of the round.
There will be a DEFENSE or OFFENSE message below your health bar indicating your status,If there is a NORMAL message,then it means your at normal pace,without any extra attack power or defense power.
Extra:
You gain more power (powerbar) as you attack in OFFENSE mode.
You gain some life as you defend in DEFEND mode.

-Devil May Cry 3 Royalguard Style Charge & Release : Double-tap down button to go in charge stance,and press the direction the enemy is, to release,press any other direction key (except down) to cancel stance.
Release is unguardable.
Description:
Damages and knocks down opponent and you get some health and power.

-EX Special : Press Light + Hard button BOTH when executing special.Consumes 500 power.Has hidden properties.
Follow-Ups and Aerial Specials DONT have EX-mode although EX Specials can lead to normal Follow-Ups.

-Custom Counter : Hold Back + X+Y to stop opponent's attack (at the same time the opponent hits,just like parry) and counter him with any normal/special/super (including EX specials)
Requires 1000 power.

-Parry : Press forward IMMEDIATELY when opponent attacks,available both on ground and air. (BOTH MODES)

-Guard Cancel Blowback Attack : Press Y while guarding to counter the opponent.
Requires 1000 power.

-Guard Cancel Emergency Evade : Press B + Forward OR Back while guarding enemy attack to roll forwards or backwards.
Requires 1000 power.

-Safe Fall : X+Y.
Description:
Recover safely from a fall,press X+Y IMMEDIATELY when near the ground. (BOTH MODES)

-Roll : Forward OR Backward + A+X. (BOTH MODES)

-Matrix Dodge : A+X. (BOTH MODES)

-Inter-Canceling : Basic Special --> Special and Special --> Super canceling.
Press the Special/Super button right during the current attack HITS.

Taunt : Press the Start button to taunt.
Adds 100 power if taunted succesfully.

Important note about same jump/crouch punches/kick

Because of the lack of sprites for more than 1 type of jump/crouch punch/kick,i made them all the same,sorry,it will never be added since there are no other jump/crouch attack sprites.

you always impress ppl with your well sprited 3d graphics, even tho that making 3d sprites look good is hard.

Well done...he's become one of my favorite characters now.  I never played Max Payne before so thanks for this cool new Mugen version!
