Again, it's a single layer, single image stage.This stage looks like a cut-and-paste job from several different sources (all with different art styles) and looks bad.The background looks like London. The telephone pole has what looks like Korean letters on it. The big ball thing in the middle has a few frames of animation and has more of a striking art style difference.The zoffset is also way too low.
Ditch the robot that was made using the simplest of MSPaint tools and at least I might have liked the stage (London with Korean letters would be amusing), but still I guess since I've never made any character/stage for Mugen I shouldn't judge.
