Nineball Seraph V. 3.5 Release

So this is my first time posting, and my first mugen project.

This was a joint project between me & TheFclass97 (http://mugenguild.com/forum/profile/thefclass97-86002).
We took Ayumu Sekijo's Nineball Seraph and added some new features, attacks, balance patches and completed & implemented attacks which were unfinished in his files. I was thrilled with how it came out, and after some recent balance fixes I think he's finally ready to be released.
Below is the original (his site is down and the character is now only accessible via Mugen Archive)

(for reference I'm using the ikemen default keybinds: ASD for punches, ZXC for kicks)

What's changed?
It's been awhile but I'll try my best to list the differences.
VER. 3.5:
-Re-balance of character
-Added downtime on previously spam-able attacks (like his machine gun burst)
-New attacks
-His transformation (enter in air) is now a super attack, the transformation it it's self has limited time and when almost over is indicated by color flashing
-In hopes of making him a 6 button character, his assists were bound to D (d,d+forward,d+back)
-Smaller Tweaks here and there overall to improve game-play
-Added a neat little command grab (QCB + Z)
-And more I can't recall at this time

Nice to see a Armored Core character. The 9Ball fits like a boss in my game.

Thanks. I tried to make him better from my initial 2.5 version, but it would seem I made him a bit stronger than intended. I'll correct it eventually, it's not hard to fix really. At least the hard stuff (new moves & restored moves the original author never finished) is already done. Should be easy to tweak his damage one of these days compared to that.
