Where I come from, this man is a legend.
Here is a mix of some of his most notorious real life events:


This is a completely original work; Sprited, coded and sounded by myself, in tribute of my all-time hero!

Probably one for the fans- There are numerous references to the man himself (Puts his collar up at round begin, Flock of attack seagulls, THE Kung Fu kick, Gallic shrug for a block, Sunderland goal celebration as taunt, plus several quotes).

The palettes are:
Classic Red Home kit 1994,
Iconic Green & Yellow kit,
Black "Kung Fu" away kit,
Generic France national kit,
"Old Man Cantona" with white tuft in his beard.

No Hypers, but special moves=
QCF + punch = Summon attack-Seagulls
QCB + kick = Kung Fu kick

Trying to think of a City equivalent character... Balotelli? He could have a fireworks special move.

This is amazing. The sprite could use some improvement here and there but I love the imagination

The sprite are decent its really the animation that could use more frames in general at moment he feel kind of stiff. But I definitely like the idea and I hope you keep working on him
