I'm looking for some custom CVS2 Ryu sprites,Is there any custom moves or sprites,(mostly inspired from SFV?)

I think Viofitz did some unique new sprites for him but that was a very long time ago. What from SFV do you need? Most of his SFV animations are existing ones from previous games, unless you want his older short haired look.

Just dropping by as I've recently worked on an edit of Ryu's sprites once again.
