install it, and create a mugen profile, and map your buttons. This way is actually better anyway because you can map ESCAPE key to the select button, and ENTER to the start button, and PPP/;KKK to your shoulder buttons so its like the console Street Fighter controllet layout.

1)If you use DS4Windows/motionjoy/SCP Server or have any PS controller drivers/emulators installed, remove them, restart PC, then try mugen with your controller
2) If you have Steam Installed on your PC, close it completely then try run mugen and use your controller.
3)Go to control panel and completely uninstall the controller and remove all drivers relating to it and restart PC - the original drivers will automatically reinstall on windows 10 after a restart
4)If this doesn't work you may need to do a clean install to nuke any conflicting drivers completely from your system which would sukk
