Hi all, sorry for the eventual troubles.
I've got permission from Heka himself to post here on his behalf, so i'll copy straight what he wrote for me....

For anyone who has seen the raft stage on the MvC2 game or remind the mugen version, that's it! Only, in 2D instead of 3D
Yes, my project, started by me some time ago, wants to redo all 3D stages into 2D, with familiar graphic.
All my spritework is closed source, so please ask for permission if you want to edit it. Don't claim as your own.
By the way, this stage is coded by my good friend Scruffydragon. Hope you like it  ;D

My opinion
look nice but dont look nothing close to a mvc2 revamp lol.. it look more way better version of a revamp of marvel super heroes vs street fighter 

here my feeback.
if I was going to make a revamp of Marvel super heroes mugen stage I would add Moving clouds as a layer instead of a static clear skies and also Added some Slashing water Animation and make the bridge's chain move animation a little bit
