It follows the release of winmugen Screenpack "mutant" of KOF2002UM.
Has hardly changed over the 1.0 (only the quality of the images).
320x240 resolution with Double = 4 in lifebars.

 :) is cool u made it for the winmugen.  o_O but why so many character slots   
:S can u tone it down a bit  :-X or at least a patch with less character option
:-\ dont u know that  the more  mugen characters you add the harder for the  mugen.exe  to load up
