Cyanide The Tutor

from summons to thunderbolts to palswaps and envshakes
he is well known for his techniques and his patience...
...and now everyone will know what happens when his patience runs out.

And, i can't find a liedead sprite... I can work with what's there for the rest of the required, but it looks like iced did the head, and skipped the rest of it...
