i want to remake this stage from 2nd impact but i am wondering if anyone can help me figure out the kanji on the rocks and mail box

1 its not mailbox, just a info board
the kanji on the board is "湯" means hot spring in japanes. (soup in Chinese :))

I dont think the letter on rock is kanji.
