Well, do you guys have any other ideas for his Friendship? Because I was thinking of maybe using his telekinetic powers to play an accordion.

Their team is huge and majestic .... do not worry

Actually, we aren't missing ideas. XD

Plus is hard to imagine a original friendship that fits Kenshi. What Seadragon77 said is one nice idea of lots that can fit him. :p

Leandro is right... being a character that was introduced after they canned Friendships, Kenshi (and any character after MK3 to be exact) is not going to easy to create a friendship for.

The accordion idea is one idea I had. Another one: Making an ice sculpture of himself with his telekinetic blade.

Yes, Seadragon, some post-MKT chars have problems to imagine a original friendship that isn't a repeated or similar one from MKII-MK3.

You're right Leandro. It's hard to come up with original ideas, but sometimes the characters can be a base for ideas.

You mentioned Hotaru... why not have him be surrounded by fireflies or have him try to catch one? His name is Japanese for 'firefly', so that works in my mind.

- Tossing and slicing an apple in thin air before reaching the ground
- Clapping his hands while dancing :P

I agree with Hotaru on the fireflies. Great idea, Seadragon77.

Speaking of Hotaru, Darrius came to mind with his dance moves for Friendship if he were to be made. LOL

Actually, I was thinking that Darrius could make a sculpture of his dizzied opponent, kind of like his Fatality from Deception... just without the mish mash of body parts.

Lacks of innovations in general. Every MKDT character is MK9/MKX model with copy/paste of classic animations. I don't include CARZ's graphics, it was used without permission. Also separate Sub-Zero/Noob Saibot way better, than pointless combination without balance.

its not really copy paste when coop literally has to re-do the entire poses over and over again because the rigs on the models are all different. there is no copy pasting involved at all since he doesn't actually have the original animation files or some shit because there isn't any, he just has to pose them by reference all by hand. he could make them different but that would ruin the prospect of the characters being with the classic cast.

learn how this stuff actually works before running your mouth like that. you look stupid(er) as a result.

It has nothing to do with how characters were created. Animations look like copies from classic MK characters. Where original stances or another basic animations?

Shinnok .... it was clearly done on the char Johnny Cage
But with one difference: Cage moves smoothly ... while Shinnok has hard and robotic moves.

imo there's no problem in using Classic MK animations, it's like seeing old + new stuff.

And as Walruslui said, XNALara is complicated program to manage and I agree, plus original animations would require too much coordination and ideas.

Actually, CARZ graphics have permission to be used by MKDT Team since many team members come from MKR Team, and that most of them were private animations.

And it's pointless to pick 2 chars in separate form when you can get one with both moves that can be switched by variations, and unbalanced stuff we can fix.

Shinnok .... it was clearly done on the char Johnny Cage

So does Shao Kahn....
Shinnok is first creation of Coop and we all know that. XD
So it's not as good as Shao Kahn.
