I decided to cut off the freeze to Dragon(kim Dragon, from World Heroes, cvs version), to completely let it go.
so ill opensource the sprites i had done so long ago(50+), so the portraits n palettes(just2), so if anyone someday want to finish him and code him, feel free to do it, just credit pls.

those were my work files dude, is just a palette change... in fact, in the pack is the "world Heroes"palette, wich have the correct colors. also , the Hyper portrait is  Palette swappable..
