Who played or is playing Iji by Daniel Remar knows that Krotera is not as tough as his subordinates, In the mugen version he's a very strong tasen, but his fighting skills are below average, his redeeming fact is his plasma gun and the fact he can summon turrets (In the MUGEN version he'll throw them kinda like in Bioshock)

This is his spriteset; in the first part a boss-ish brawling style, in the second part tasen military combat. Since i kept my characters quite generic, he can as well be made into an evil Ming from Flash Gordon or a bad dude for Star trek or Star war.
