glad he finally updated her but still the messiest definition file ever. lots of improvements visually but runs slower on speedup mode for some reason.

The DEF file contains all the coding for the character, and the encryption of the file makes it so it all appears in a very few lines if opened with Notepad.
The lack of spacing and comments also show Incurable probably passes his coding into a program to remove all line breaks and comments, in order to make the code "impossible to steal from", a bit like Reu did with his characters.

Wordpad keeps all of the line breaks. Notepad is all around pretty useless, IMHO.
Look at my painting gallery. do it. its the globe under the avatar.

@Akuma/Gouki: double click like all other .def file, which then opens up, like all same kind of files, using notepad

@Cybz: are you telling me i have to manually edit the whole effing thing to try that char? cause i smell mugen error windows popping up constantly on this one o_O

Just linebreak issues. He's probably a Linux user and their line breaks only use an LF character, whereas Windows requires an LF character and CR character.
