In terms of sprites that would need to be fixed. I think the other one Durrani19 was working on looked more CVS. No offense to you it's still fine. Just in case you think you need a base for any improvements in terms of sprites.

Just in case you think you need a base for any improvements in terms of sprites.Every creator works in a way, I respect his opinion, but I do not do my chars based on projects of other creators, although I use the form used by Dampir as a basis, I do things my way, being good or bad, I can even Not being a "perfect conversion", but it is far from being a bad conversion ... If you or someone else finds bugs, I will correct without problems, now if you came here to compare my work with the work of others will be a waste of time I prefer to ignore it and let it go...

Have to admit, that's really decent Rugal we got here. But hell, he is overdamaging as f*ck.Didn't noticed any bugs, if I'll find something- i'll reply about it.

And have fun, any bug is just comment that I correct as soon as possible...
I was realy suprised to see Omega Rugal perform the shun goku satsu, but since it is a CVS char why not.^^Btw. thats no criticism.^^

Dead End Screamer is a super from "normal" Rugal & Raging Omega "SGS" is God Rugals move - I would remove them.Kaiser Phoenix is already a great Level 3 super.Like I said, just my opinion.

I put the Kaiser Phoenix level 2 because Hero's God RUgal was level 2, and frankly I think Rugal KOF is superior to CVS in all respects ...
Well, for now I found of bugs:-Missalligned hitsparks. These are 5 seriously missaligned hitspark. There is also much of smaller misallignements, but they're not so scary.-About Hitsparks. Kaiser Phoenix's poectiles don't produce them.-His intro Eyeglowing goesn't fit.And I dunno, I dust don't think that Final Bosses SHOULD be a friggin Tanks with huge damage and too big HP. Even is it's SNK Boss. Yes, they should have one of these slightly buffed, but their main difficulty are, pretty much, condition they're putting you in.-For example, secret bosses from "USF4". They DONT have too big damage or something, they're even playable, but they got a different framerates for all the moves, so they can use moves faster and recover of them faster, creating us a boss character.-Adelheit Burnshtein in "KOF 2003". He don't have instakills, but it's SNK Boss, so he should be dominator. And his COMBOABILITY is getting him as pretty hardass final boss.-The same is about Grant of "Garou". He GOT a big damage, but again- no instakills. Kain isn't even had SUCH power, but this Round 2 with his infinite T.O.P. and, one again, his ability for combos are doing whole this sh*t just fine.I do believe, this Rugal can still be a decent final boss without his current parameters. Little nerf will only suit him, especially with really decent AI, which will only be stronger on final positions.

After some testing, here is the feedback... - small detail... give O.Rugal a voice after a full power charge - small detail... wrong voice in his Roll Forward/Back (F/B + LP+LK) - air version of the Gravity Smash is missing in the readme - that you can charge up the Kaiser Wave & both versions of the Gravity Smash is missing in the readme - CLSN on charged Kaiser Wave needs adjustment (it´s one or two frames when you charge up)Spoiler, click to toggle visibilty - those extra kicks in the EX versions of Genocide Cutter & Beeds Destroyer... IMO not needed, it´s too much. - just like EX moves of Genocide Cutter & Beeds Destroyer... why does the level 1 version of the Gigantic Pressure have 2 wall splats and the level 2 version even 3? There is no need for exaggeration... - Dead End Screamer.. for his Level 2 version I would recommend the neck breaking part at the start. Raging Omega is done with LP, LP, F, LK, HK ... not any punches or kicksLike I already said, he´s IMO over exaggerated. I found something else too:- mirror match where two of your Rugal doing Kaiser Wave doesn't neutralized each other's projectile- when he is controlled by CPU, his throw (doing two punches) did not cause damage to his opponent- his counter hit system doesn't give opponent extra damage- while doing his projectile moves repeatedly even after the projectile effect is destroyed, he would perform normal punch attack

Nice release dude! IMO I see nothing wrong with the current moveset as it seems like a megamix of different moves he has had over time, plus I've noticed this is something you usually do in your other characters, and also other Rugals made by well known creators have done similar things.However the bug fixes by Trololo and Staubhold do need to be addressed.
