Yeah, you're not the only one having that crashing thing.You see, for this char, I copypasted the common1.cns of MUGEN 1.0 into my char and added some minor stuff. I haven't used this character at all for WinMugen so I couldn't tell if it works or not.Anyways, you can make a compatability patch yourself, I'm sure .Or just download mugen 1.0. And I say that, because frankly, I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE FUCK I'D HAVE TO FIX TO MAKE IT WINMUGEN COMPATIBLE .
