Looking for some info, I've got this stuff... maybe some people is interested in changing the default icon for Winmugen... is simple though. here the original link:

Thai, I guess, but with a program called xn resourse editor you can change the icon for winmugen... just if you are too maniac with it :P

EDIT: Not too simple... if someone can translate this thing... could be better :(

Simple. Have an image as a .ico file, right click Properties>Shortcut>Change Icon.
Well, I dunno about the default file image.

You cannot change the icone of a .exe file as easily as you'd do for a folder.
