Just curious as to if you're going to be updating Sonic, last time I downloaded him I couldn't make his 1.0 .def file work, and when I used WinMugen's .def the AI always took over ...
yeah i plan on updating both sonic and knuckles at some point.what do you mean by you couldn't get his 1.0 .def file to work? it works perfectly fine for me. do you get an error message when you try to play him? if you do. do you mind posting it so i could look into it?as for the winmugen AI taking over. if you go into win_config.cns and turn var(58) to 0. that should serve as a temporary fix untill i update him.
I'll be able to provide a screen-shot tomorrow at somepoint (I'm at work) but there was indeed an error message that would pop up using the 1.0 .def, and that's not a problem at all ... I actually took him off my roster, and was waiting to see if he would be updated, so I'll wait until then, and attempt the var-trick you told me about, thank you!

Thanks for the feedback. i will update him tomorrow. im not sure who im going to make next as i want to focus on the sonic and kunckles updates for now. but i will probably make a thread in projects like i did with chaos when i decide.
