Nope, the update is live now :p. It was meant to be uploaded yesterday but FF3 screwed up and undid the entire voice pack I added to him so the work took a little bit more time than I expected.
Also, here goes the changelog:
- Injustice 2 voices.
- New Hypersparks.
- Added MvC3-hypersparks to LV3 Hypers.
- Added Guardpush.
- Updated CLSN.
- Fixed all debug floods.
- Fixed some Tag issues.
- Fixed a glitch which makes stage BG disappeared when Flash is in custom state.
- Fixed a glitch that drops opponents when chaining Fists of Fury into Around the World.
- Removed Hyper BG for LV1 Hypers.
- Around The World and Eat Dirt now have start-up.
- Reworked Fists of Fury's damage scaling.
- Lightning Kick now causes ground bounce.
- Lightning Kick now can OTG.
- Walking and normals no longer have after image.
- Normal attacks no longer causes screenshake.
- Added new target combo for Medium attack.
- Standing Hard's damage increased to 90.
- Jump Hard's active frame reduced from 8 to 4.

Update:
- Now starts a match with 1000 power.
- Now has 10% minimum damage scaling.
- All ground normals, specials and hypers are not air-blockable.
- Fixed a glitch which makes Flash self-wallbounce.
- Fixed a glitch which puts Flash under the stage after Flash Kick.
- Speed Tornado now has 10f of recovery.
- Flash's hypers now can OTG.
- "Fists of Fury"'s damage scaling adjusted from 0.975 to 0.8.
- "On your Mark"'s X and Z version now can OTG.
- d.Z now can OTG.
