Yea, you're wasting your time. SE isn't going to hire more VAs for the EU languages just to have more languages. They're done with that part and are just going to focus on DLC at most for this game.

Also, this isn't the correct place for this, but it won't matter much.

I mean, I know it won't happen, because hiring VAs must cost a lot of money, and that petition asks for countless of VAs to be hired...for 4 additional languages.
That's 4 times more VAs for Sora, Riku, Kairi, Lea, Mickey, Donald, Goofy, Scrooge, Chip and Dale, Elsa, Anna, Woody, Buzz, etc.
...yeah, no. This is as unlikely as Melee-styled Break the Targets ever returning to a Smash Bros game (especially if the roster gets bigger and bigger).
