Well, for a first character that's quite a nice work. But I have some feedback for you.
-Your Shoryureppas (Or, if you want, Multiple Shoryukens) doesn't work. Super Combos are not supposed to let an enemy get away after it connected successfully. But this super just breaks the combo it should build. Try to add some more hitpause for 3rd (and 6th in Triple version) hit, os it wouldn't break the combo. Or make it faster, or make every hit a knockdown, like Akuma's Tatsumaki.
-The same with EX Tatsumaki. Every hit breaks the combo, leaving Ryu vulnerable.
-As far as I know, EX Hadoken and Super Hadokens are supposed to make an enemy fall.
Here are the mistakes I could see at first glance. Maybe I'll find more.

V.1.1 is now up!

CHANGELOG:
The Double/Triple Shoryuken now doesn't break it's combo.
Same with the EX-Hurricane Kick.
The EX/Super Hadouken now makes an enemy fall.

V.1.5 is released!

Changelog:

V 1.5
Hadouken/EX-Hadouken sprites are now their Capcom Fighting Evoultion version, instead of SSF2T.
Hadouken/EX-Hadouken color pallete are now with Ryu's color pallete. (Akuma and Evil Ryu Colors use purple hadouken instead of blue, for example)
Hurricane Kick now makes a rapid kick sound.
Sound Effects Changed from SFA3+MUGEN to Capcom Fighting Evoultion (Thanks to Tetsuya)
Hitsparks are fixed, now hard hits have the hard hitspark, etc.
Super Pausesparks are fixed, now Lvl 2 supers have the Lvl 2 Super Pausesparks, Etc.
Ryu Speical now has a Lvl 3 Super Pausespark.
EX-Hurricane Kick can now be preformed in the air.
Ducking Light Kick is now faster.

V. 1.51 is here

it contains only a fix to a problem I didn't notice. If you got hit out of the hurricane kick, the sound would be looped. Now this is fixed.
