I'm hoping that this is an alpha, because I can see promise, but I can see a lot of work needs to be done. I admit though, I like the idea behind this character.

Well.. this went quite fast.. oh wait, he also released an unknown soldier probably hours ago..

Something tells me this author believes in the "Very rushed work equals finished" term. (Also, why do I have a feeling that he release them too fast, like he has a "schedule" or something?)

It's more like "I want a character to be made in Mugen, so I'll make some half assed rush job as a starting template for someone else to finish for me."
