Eh, the majority of the community knows they're CIV (Computer Immunodeficiency Virus) positive so nobody's going to want to touch them really.
The problem are newcomers who don't know any better and believe that is the best place ever with all that mugen content "easily" available from a single website.

And if they aren't particularly computer savy they'll be exposed to whatever lurks inside all those adfly links which they'll simply consider a minor annoyance for the benefits mentioned above that even helps fund the website.

oh man. I should have known better smh. After recently starting to use BLACKLISTED WEBSITE i noticed my browser getting a bunch of random adds. I think i might be infected.

wow, biggest shit thread I have ever seen

there is something I don't understand though, mugen archive is a hosting site and like all hosting sites it has ads, what's the big deal? if you feel so bad about ads why don't you blacklist mediafire, 4shared and all the jazz? don't they have ads ? sounds like bias to me

and no virus from what i can tell my anti virus is up 24/7 and it never detected anything suspicious, so i have no idea why you say its virus site, sounds like fear mongering to me

you sure this isn't just envy and jealousy? because let's admit it they did put up quite a massive and impressive site with the best. content. ever.

Or you could not be childish and actually remove the word filter entirely.

I mean, if the word filter exists to actually prevent the site from being linked to, then do something like the ad fly word filter.
